Fabulous Victorian satin glass basket in silver plated frame. The basket has a white interior and pink exterior with a diamond quilted pattern and floral enamel decoration . The quadruple silver plated frame is signed “Rockford” on the base (see photo). It features a bird overhanging the top and a open work floral, leaf and pomegranate design at the base of the handle. It was recently polished and lacquered by the previous owner as indicated on a label applied to the base. A stunning combination of superior silver plate and gorgeous glass!
