Sweet turn of the century mahogany curio cabinet. The arched top has a lovely large open carved crest at the peak. The front glass has an accentuated serpentine shape. All the glasses are framed by a round molding with occasional carvings. Each of the four legs are richly carved as is the bottom. The cabinet has three original glass shelves, mirror back and a velvet bottom that matches the trim used to hold the glasses in. There is some normal loss to the silver backing on the mirror. There is a key for the door. The back of the cabinet has some moisture damage that is hidden when against the wall and doesn’t affect the structural integrity of the piece. This cabinet has all the quality and style of the fine larger cabinets we have sold in the past. The diminutive size of this one makes it a real gem! Circa: 1900. Dimensions: 65″ H. Condition: Very good original finish and condition. Price: $2650.
